The cost increased by more that $63, thanks to more high denominated and
definitive issues. The cost to buy all new US mint stamps and stationery is
$140.

If taken into consideration that typically collectors of all issued stamps
(not recommended - VM) have to purchase self-adhesive coils or booklets too,
the cost raise to approx. $426 for 2012. It was $184 for 2011.

The rate increase of Jan 27, 2013 will normally drive the costs up.

What Linn's failed to note is that the -=number=- of 'collectors'
buying all the issues is declining - for just this reason!

USPS Collector Instructions.

Stand with toes together on the line.
Point shotgun at "X" on the line.
Pull trigger.
